How to Join INSPIRE

INSPIRE provides platform for Secretarial Professionals to Communicate with each other for the betterment of the Individuals & the profession.

ELIGIBILITY

Any person above the age of employment & working in the secretarial profession is eligible for the membership of INSPIRE.

FEE

Life Membership: Rs. 500.00

In addition to Membership Fee, Annual Subscription of Rs. 400/- is payable by all members towards the “Infrastructure & Development Fund” of the institution.

RIGHTS & PRIVILEGES OF MEMBERS

• Participate in all functions organized by the institution or held under the auspices of the Institution.
• Enjoy all privileges & concessions as may be provided for them from time to time.
• Entitled to vote, elect or be elected as member of Executive Council subject to provisions of the Memorandum of Association and Rules & Regulations framed thereunder.
• Be competent to ask the Executive Council to consider any question affecting the Institution and shall be entitled to place before the Annual General Meeting any proposal affecting it, provided written notice of their intention to do so, is given to the Executive Council within a week of issuance of notice of meeting.
• Have access to every ordinary information concerning the Institution and to its general records.
• Have the right and to appeal to General Body against decision of the Executive Council.

The rights and privileges by the Institution to every member shall be personal to him/her and not transferable or transmissible.
